To better understand how our users interact with the Service, we use analytics services like Google Analytics. Furthermore, we utilize audience matching services that allow us to reach people who have visited our Service or are listed in our databases, commonly referred to as “Matched Ads.” We accomplish this by incorporating a pixel from a technology service into our Service or by uploading a customer list to a technology service, which then matches our data with their data. For example, we may use Facebook Custom Audiences by incorporating the Facebook pixel and sharing your email address with Facebook.
Google offers tools that allow you to opt-out of certain information collected by Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, as well as Google Analytics for Display Advertising or the Google Display Network at https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/. To opt out from the data-based Matched Ads, please click the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. You may also set your browser to send a Global Privacy Control signal, which notifies us that you wish to opt out of Matched Ads. Please be aware that opting out of Matched Ads does not mean that you will cease seeing ads. You will still view ads relating to the Service, but you will no longer receive personalized ads.
As previously stated, vendors may act as our service providers, or in some circumstances, they may make independent decisions about how to process your data. We urge you to read and refer to their privacy policies and terms of use.
